6. SHARE YOUR SUCESS
* Set yourself a realistic target - normal Rollerworld safety rules apply (no speed skating) think about what you can acheive in your chosen session time (see session times) allow time for short breaks and don't forget there may be times you will need to leave the rink for a short time whilst games are played etc.
